The breakfast was above average, the room was enjoyable and exceptional, we truly enjoyed it. The staff were all calm and provided efficient service. Air conditioning, microwave and complimentary Wi-Fi in the room, decent location. Hotel was centrally located and had decent prices.
I had a decent stay. Savoury breakfast, exceptional service. The pool was covered with a hot tub and a whirlpool. Brilliant location to Inanda Baptist Church. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was romantic.
Pleasant overall experience. Staff were efficient, rooms were very clean, free Wi-Fi was reliable. Don't forget to dine at apollo flame bistro, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we loved it. Besides, we parked our car on-site.
It offers good prices. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. The hotel serves eggs, fruit, cereal and hot waffles for breakfast.
Good breakfast and well kept hotel.
No complaints and the accomodations were super! Would recommend to anyone.
All around very nice - clean, friendly hard-working staff, good breakfast with extra seating available; convenient location to the Biltmore Estate, interstates, walk to Outlet Mall; small, but well-outfitted workout room. I would definitely stay here again!
When I booked, I thought I might have an opportunity to relax at the outdoor pool; but, it's located too close to the busy highway. A row of well-positioned trees, however, would provide sufficient privacy. Also, this hotel is no worse than most that offer and provide free WiFi - it was alternately okay, and, very slow at times. (But, if you want high-speed, you'll have to pay much more for a hotel and sometimes an additional fee.)
The staff was very friendly. We came in soaking wet on the motorcycles and could hang up our Wet stuff in the breakfast room. I had lost my purse right before and the staff was very sweet about it We miissed fruit for breakfast and they got ys extra bananas after they cleaned up. Very nice!
Our room was right next to the elevator and I had requested a quiet room. It woke me up early every morning.
The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our four day stay was very pleasant.
The breakfast room was a bit small for the number of guests staying here. Those who didn't fit were allowed to eat in a conference room.
It looked like a new hotel until you got into the room and realized it must have been a refurbished older hotel.
I left 2 of belonging in hotel room.left several messages, have yet heard back from your management, or head of house keeping
Brittiney was super helpful. She made checking in and out easy. All were nice. She always had smile and a helpful answer. Good location and clean.
I missed the breakfast but I liked that coffee was available all day.
The room absolutely reeked of what, upon first entering the room, was vomit. My boyfriend thought it smelled like old chemicals/cleaning agents and staleness. Once we got into bed, we realized it was something they must have sprayed on the pillows (EXTREMELY offensive cologne-type odor)....it was so bad we had to move the top pillows to the couch...the other pillows had a faint odor of it but not nearly as strong. I had to lay a towel over the pillow mid-way through the night b/c I was obviously more sensitive to the smell. Our friends stayed at a VERY nice hotel and resort for $90 LESS than we paid for one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in years. I know it is just a comfort inn, but it was ABSURDLY overpriced. Do yourself a favor and if you need that area, stay across the street at one of the other hotels...or drive 10 minutes away and stay at the Crown Plaza Resort.
Breakfast was good. Had exclusive use of a nice meeting room for three days.
Could use a second elevator. The one elevator seemed overwhelmed, resulting in long wait times. No towel racks in bathroom. Rather expensive to stay there.
We were only there 1 night so we did not really have any issues.
