During my three-night stay, I truly appreciated the easy access to both Carrier Park and the stunning Biltmore Estate, making my city exploration a breeze, especially as I love walking through beautiful landscapes and discovering landmarks. the staff was friendly too, which made me feel welcomed during my solo travels.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a heated swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helped me with water at night during my first stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel's proximity to the outlet shopping center and nearby restaurants added convenience. The prime location next to the outlet mall makes shopping a breeze, as you can practically stroll over without any hassle. With vinyl flooring instead of carpet, this pet-friendly spot keeps cleanliness in check, a huge plus for those traveling with dogs.

Unfortunately, the sheer curtains let in way too much light during the night, making sleep difficult unless you’re a fan of star-gazing at 3 AM. The king bed in the suite is poorly positioned right next to the air conditioner, which keeps kicking on and off every few minutes—definitely not ideal for catching quality rest. Another downside, the elevator was out during my stay. This isn't a deal-breaker for everyone, but if you're on higher floors or lugging your stuff, you'll want to prepare for some workout time. Lastly, the hallway carpets could use a serious cleaning. seeing dirt in the common areas doesn’t inspire confidence.

I appreciated the warm, inviting colors throughout the hotel, which created a cozy atmosphere. The accessibility features were convenient for seniors, with handrails and well-placed seating areas that made navigation easy. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

More seating in the breakfast area would be helpful.
